Procedure for Parking Stalls

  1. To apply for a parking stall and register a vehicle, applicants must complete a Parking Stall Agreement and return that Agreement to the Co-op coordinator.
  2. The Co-op shall charge a member the rental fee currently in force.
  3. Renters of parking stalls must supply the Co-op with proof of valid insurance annually. The name on the insurance documents must be under an individual residing within the unit to which the parking stall is assigned.
  4. Management will allocate the parking stalls designated for electric vehicles (e-vehicle) according to the procedures laid out in the “Secondary Member Parking Spaces” section.
  5. Those members using the e-vehicle stalls for electric vehicles will incur fees as calculated by the individual meters assigned to each stall.
  6. Those members requiring alteration to the e-vehicle stall to accommodate an extension in order to use the charging receptacle will need to submit a request to the Board and require approval.
