| 2020 Budget Review | May/June 2020 | The budget review is conducted by the Board in conjunction with CLT to assess the budget for both the building and the Co-operative for the coming year. |

| CHF Canada AGM | June 11-13, 2020 | Halifax, Nova Scotia |
| 2020 Housing Charge Adjustments | Effective Aug 1, 2020 | The target date for changes to members' housing charges. This date aligns with the budget year of Railyard Housing Co-operative and the CLT. |
| 2020 General Meeting | October 2020 | Semi-annual general meeting as required by the Railyard Housing Co-operative Rules. |
